A

definition: branch of arabic grammar that deals with formation, recognition and changing of words from one form to another; also deals with the correct sequence of the arabic conjugation (gardaan)

benefit: enables one to read and translate words correctly

objective: to ultimately understand the qur’an and hadith, thereby gaining the pleasure of Allah
