we are here by chance and just because we can abserve the universe and see its beauty it acts as a reason for the existence of God.
all universes known about are those that can be observed, if there wasn’t observed then we wouldn’t know we are there therefore they have to permit life for this to happen
There is no need, to explain the universe is observedas it permits life; it couldn’t have been observed to be any other way

i.e. in an interview with McGrath he critisises how you can explain the complex nature of an eye by inventing a God
in the same way, the world is not like a watch and so explaining its complexities and design with a designer is a poor argument
