Information about reactions to a product, a person’s performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement

This feedback constitutes a final assessment or opinion on one’s performance overall, and at the end of the above-mentioned journey of learning and collaboration

- Beware of the critique being lost between ‘contrived’ compliments
- It’s all very great ‘But’ => people know and wait for the ‘But’
