- ideally collaboration is the most beneficial
- compromise requires careful consideration
What is shallow compromise
Compromise based on trading or bartering
What is deep compromise
Compromise that has the mutual modification of ends and principles at its core
What does deep compromise require
Effort, ingenuity and resolve
What is the result of deep compromise
Trust and respect, friendship and collegiality
How can deep compromise work
