Name the 4 stages

A

1= Forming. (The team will rly on the leader for guidance and may be u sure of their roles. The leader will make most of the decisions at this stage)
2= Storming. (The members are adjusting to their roles and some conflict may arise. The leader will have to take charge here, making sure everyone is focused on goals and clarifying team roles.)
3= Norming. (Team begins to agree with each other and accept the leader. Commitment forms and everyone shares the same aim and goal)
4=Performing. (The team knows its purpose and everyone has the same vision. The leader doesn’t have to participate much and delegates the workload)
