A

The initial stage where the group is newly formed. No leader and the team doesn’t have a purpose or focus - very little of it

A

The second stage where the team establishes team roles = conflicts arising. Overall purpose increase due to ideas emerging

A

The third stage where team roles have been finalised and the team now works towards the same vision and target. Leader is established and the team is carrying out the task at hand

Forming = Organise team building events, clarify roles and set goals

Storming = Mentor members, help find compromise, promote team goals and resolve conflicts

Norming = Monitor communication, reaffirm goals and visions, confirm roles and boundaries

Performing = little supervision from management, give praise and provide realness and logic

  • RI = someone who networks and sources new oppurtunities, outhoing
  • Shaper = motivates the team, dynamic, challenges otheres
  • Implementor = focuses on action by pursuing tasks logically, reliable
  • Specialist = technical expert whose knowledgeable in their specific field

ME = assesses, is analytical and a critical thinker
Co-ordinator = social leader of the groups whose purpose is set agendas and clarify objectives
CF = ensures that the task is completed, detail orientated
TW = supportive, helps to create balance within the team
