Can you discuss a project or group activity you’ve worked on before?
1) state the problem
2) talk about the team, your role, and how you led
3) state the results
Can you describe a situation where a team did not work well? Whose fault was it? (Failure question)
Discuss a situation where the team did eventually work together, but had a rocky start (broker project?) never blame an individual, instead saying there were personality conflict.
Can you discuss an ethical challenge you were confronted with and how you responded?
Use the story of India and cases.
What was the most difficult situation you faced as a leader and how did you respond?
Point out how you stayed calm, make sure it’s a real problem.
Can you discuss a time where you had to sacrifice your time for the sake of a team project?
1) whatever you did had to involve long hours
2) it had to be over an extended period of time.

Do you work better as a leader or a follower?
Discuss how you can function as both, depending on the situation. You don’t want to hog the spotlight, but if leadership is called for you aren’t afraid to step up and handle it. Use specific examples
What is your leadership style?
A “modérate” answer works here. You’re responsible and can make sure things get done, but you don’t micro manage. Be sure to mention you don’t mind going in and double checking work after it’s completed by others though (huge for associate job) Use Mark as an example of what type of leader you aspire to be.
Does the leader make the team?
No, the team makes the team. A leader can provide direction and unify everyone, but one person is not the team.
