Are you mostly interviewing at larger banks like us? What kind of options are you considering within banking?

Answer 1

Mostly large banks, but received some interest from smaller banks so looking at a couple of options (specific names?). If convinced of one area, mention groups within that area.

Question 2

Recently, some have jumped to private equity or hedge funds. If the opportunity comes up, why would you stay instead?

I’ve looked into investing but realized I don’t like the nature of the work. There’s too much due diligence and looking at deals instead of actually taking action and doing deals. After speaking with alumni and other connections, I’m set on banking.

If I gave you an offer right now, would you take it?

Answer 3

Yes, I would sign right now if offered.

Question 4

Lets say we were to give you an offer, how long would you need to decide on it?

Answer 4

I wouldn’t need any time, I would accept right now.
