A dog walks in for an IB interview. The interviewer says he must be able to do three things to get the job. 1) complete an LBO model in 30 minutes; the dog has no issue with this! 2) spread 10 comps in under and hour; again the dog has no problem! 3) be bilingual; to which the dog responds “meow”
What’s your personal beta?
You want to say above 1, but not much above it. Don’t go over 2. You like to take some risks, but you’re not overly risky.
What’s the riskiest thing you’ve ever done?
Try to discuss a risky internship or job experience, what you thought you might get out of it and how it was calculated.
Lets say you have $1 million but can’t invest it or use it to creat more money. What would you do with it?
Try to tie it back to your passions. Extended travel or more education or something along those lines. I would use it to pay for a trip around the world for a few months to experience as much as I could of the world.
