• 2 FAST/HARD (from different perspectives) - PROVE to them you know what you’re doing (SCARY, and good).
• 1 Slow - do it right, catch your breath.
• Slow and tell them what you DID, not what to do.

• Don’t “shhhhh” through everything. Be deliberate.
• Avoid too specific things like, “left/right hand”, instead use “same side/mirror side”
• At LA, if asked to teach a technique, clarify everyone knows needed previous techniques prior to teaching asked technique (e.g. fighting stance before movement/straight punch/front kick, etc.). If they say can’t assume, then say, “then first we’re going to learn …”
