Hands, body, feet Extend fist forward keeping elbow down Rotate hips and shoulders forward Transfer weight into punch Contact top 2 knuckles Penetrate and recoil
Palm Heel

Extend hand toward target keeping elbow down
Rotate hips and shoulder forward for power
Transfer weight into punch
Before impact, peel fingers back, staple thumb, and turn wrist inward
Make contact with meaty part of palm
Penetrate target and recoil quickly
Eye Strike
Hands, body, feet
Extend hand toward target keeping elbow down
Rotate hips and shoulders forward for power
Transfer weight into strike
Fingers slightly spread and tensed, thumb stapled
Stab out at 45 deg to maximize contact area
Penetrate and recoil quickly
Straight punch with advance
Combining straight punch and movement
Burst forward
Land punch
Close the distance
Straight punch with retreat
Combining straight punch and movement
Push off
Land punch
Close distance
Straight Punch Low
Begin with straight punch but send punch low by bending at knees to drop
Especially important to tuck chin, bring shoulder up high to protect my jaw
Keep other hand up to protect my head
Retreat out quickly to continue counters
Hammerfist to Side
Look!
Send hand toward target
Rotate hips and shoulders for power and transfer weight into strike
Palm faces me, as travels out, rotate meaty side out
Make contact meaty part
Elbow slightly bent
