Left Straight Punch
A
- Extend fist toward target keeping elbow down
- Rotate hips and shoulder forward for power
- Rotate fist (~45 deg) to add power and make contact top two knuckles
- Penetrate the target
- Recoil quickly

A
- Extend fist forward keeping elbow down as long as possible
- Rotate hips and shoulder forward to add power
- Pivot on the ball of rear foot
- Rotate fist (~45 deg) to add power and make contact with top two knuckles
- Penetrate the target
- Recoil quickly

Palm Heel
A
- Extend open hand toward target keeping elbow down
- Rotate hips and shoulder forward to add power
- Pivot on the ball of rear foot
- Just before contact, rotate your wrist inward, flex wrist backward, and make contact with meaty part of palm
- Recoil quickly

Eye Strike
A
- Extend hand forward keeping elbow down
- Rotate shoulder and hip forward for power
- Thumb in tight and fingers slightly spread and tensed
- Stab fingers forward at 45 deg angle

Straight Punch with Advance/Retreat
A
- Combining straight punch and movement techniques
- As punch recoils, close the distance
- punch leads, push off, land punch, recoil and close distance - works for both advancing and retreating
- having attacker take step forward for retreating practice I think would work
- don’t lead with your face

Straight Punch Low
A
- Begin a standard straight punch
- Send punch low while dropping body down by bending at knees and waist
- Really tuck your chin and keep other hand up to protect head
- Retreat out and continue with counters
- Do not telegraph by dropping down first then punching

Hammerfist to the Side

(Passive Stance)
- Look! Move hand upwards towards target with palm facing you (other hand should also come up to cover and tuck chin—turtle)
- Rotate hip, shoulder, and fist for power
- Pivot on outside foot (might take a step in if you have space)
- Keep elbow slightly bent and make contact with meaty part of fist/hammer
- Penetrate the target and recoil quickly

Hammerfist to the Back

- Look! Move hand upwards towards target with palm facing you (other hand should come up to cover, tuck chin —turtle)
- Rotate hips, shoulder, fist for power
- Pivot on the ball of rear foot (step in if you have space)
- Keep elbow slightly bent and make contact with meaty part of fist/hammer
- Penetrate the target and recoil quickly

- Drop your weight by bending at your knees
- Keep elbow slightly bent and make contact with meaty part of fist/hammer
- Penetrate target and recoil quickly

- Make a tight V with your arm
- Swing your elbow forward and horizontally toward target
- Rotate your hips and shoulder for power and pivot on rear foot
- Make contact with the tip/point of your elbow
- Other hand should also come up to cover

- Raise elbow up and strike out horizontally toward target to side
- Tight V is where you end up
- Lean in toward target as you strike

- Make a tight V with your hand to your chest as you move your elbow up and swing it horizontally behind you
- Rotate your hips and shoulder for power as you pivot on your opposite foot
- Strike with tip of your elbow
- Penetrate target, recoil quickly and face the target or continue combatives

- Look!
- Shift your hips sideways as you send the tip of your elbow straight backwards into target
- Pivot on opposite foot and rotate hips and shoulders for power
- Strike with tip of your elbow
- Penetrate the target and recoil quickly, turn to face attacker and/or more combatives

- Look! Bring your hands up to your face and turtle
- Make a tight V in your arm with your hand to your chest
- Bend at the waist and drive the tip of your elbow backward and upward toward target
- Strike with the tip of your elbow
- Penetrate the target and recoil quickly, turn to face attacker and/or more combatives
