PC will ensure
- accuracy of DD Form 365-4
- completed DD Form 364-4 is aboard the aircraft to verify the weight and center of gravity will remain within allowable limits for the entire flight. Several DD Forms 365 – 4 completed for other loadings also may be used to satisfy this requirement. In this case, the actual loading being verified must be within the extremes of the loading shown on the DD Forms 365 – 4 used for verification.
