a runway incursion is any disobedience to a taxi instruction. they are very unsafe. includes taking an incorrect taxiway, crossing over an active runway without clearance. getting to close to another aircraft etc.

yoke full forward and to the right. left aileron down stabilator down. opposite for the right.
