1
Q

Q

what is the difference between an open and a closed traverse?

A

open traverse does not from a closed route, closed traverse is commonly used for general land surveys, boundaries. open traverse is less accurate. open traverse is suitable for liner features (roads etc..). the open traverse is more challenging to detects ad adjust errors.
