Answer 1

1. Contact operator to establish if you need to attend scene. Consider FaceTime
2. Ensure proper aftercare completed
3. Scene is preserved and photographed for subsequent enquiries. Evidence is collected ( cartridges, wires, probes and CIT)
4. Medical assessment by Dr ( or intermediate ambo officer if no Dr) for person tasered and POL 42 medical exam form completed
5. Complete taser register
6. Operator completes a TOR
7. Completes the relevant taser x2 or 10
   Footage upload and sharing
8. Review footage TOR and event logs to establish if use was in accordance with these instructions

Answer 2

1. Complete TOR
2. Completes taser register
3. Uploads footage and shares footage with supervisor
4. Debrief officer and establish if use is in accordance with instructions
