It’s to give us broader knowledge about agriculture products.

Eg comments that eggs are easily breakable so can’t be easily transported (so aren’t the best offensive)

This will help us when it’s the time of year when business suspensions occur and will also be useful when we’re signing new FTA’s/ reviewing current FTA’s

When first setting up a FTA there originally will be a lot of tariffs on the products between the 2 trade partners.

Tool helps UK prioritise for what goods tariffs should be removed

Also helps make clear what imports we’re unwilling to remove tariffs on

It will help give us more knowledge around products so we can better decide if we are content with the current level of tariff on imports/exports
