CD3+, CD5+, CD30+ (LARGE CLUSTERS), EMA+, ALK-1+, rare CD20+

Nasal or extra nasal, agressive, CD2+, CD3-, cCD3+/-, CD5+, CD4/8 +/-, CD57+, CD56+
EBR+ in most cases!!!

A

Nodal T-cell lymphoa characterized by clusters of T immunoblasts, hyperviscosity, polymorphic inflammatory infiltrate, disrupted expaned FDC’s; nodal effacement; expanded high endothelial venules

Markers: CD2 +, cCD3+ (flow might be negative), CD4 +, CD8-, CD7-, CD10+, CD21+

Findings: Polyclonal hyergammalgoulinemia and autoimmune hemolytic anemia

Markers: CD1+, CD2+, CD3+, CD5+, CD4/CD8- (rare 8+), TCR-gamma+

Isochrom 7 or ring 7
