Why SWS?
I have tried like WITG’s dev team, some workshops at penn, online searches - SWS seminar series has been the best and most educational.
1) I enjoyed the seminars this year and the peer advising (never made it to the waffle thing, but seems awesome)
2) I want to participate on resarch teams
3) I want to revisit material
New ideas
Social events to get to know the other girls better - its cool that we are all intersted in it, so its one thing we have in common
building a little community would be great - theres already the facebook chat but having a group me is great.

is the junior board like a committee for each person?
