The ability of a process to be continued indefinitely without damaging and /or degrading the environment.
What are the 6 Rs?

What does reduce mean?
Cutting down the amount of material and energy you use as much as you can.
What does reuse mean?
Using a product to make something else with all or parts of it.
What does recycle mean?
Reprocess a material or product and make something else.
What does repair mean?
Repairing a product rather than replacing it
What does refuse mean?
Avoiding to use a material or buying a product if you don’t need it or if it’s bad for people or the environment.
What does rethink mean?
Thinking if we make too many products and designing in a way that considers people and the environment
