Prime Roll
Sushi rice, nori, tempura shrimp, cream cheese, scallions.
Carpaccio beef on top of roll.
Garnish of eel sauce on plate, sea salt and black pepper on top. Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.

Lobster Roll
Sushi rice, nori, poached lobster, kiwi, mayo, and sesame seeds.
Garnished with pickled serrano peppers, spicy may and masago.
Mango sauce drizzled on the plate. Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.

Dynamite Roll
Sushi rice, nori, sesame seeds, tempura shrimp, spicy mayo.
2 additional pieces of tempura shrimp sliced and tossed with spicy mayo placed on top of rolls.
Garnished with spicy mayo on plate and Togarashi. Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.

Tuna Roll
Sushi rice, spicy tuna, nori, avocado, cucumber
Garnish on the plate: wasabi, mayo, spicy mayo, eel sauce and topped with tobiko. Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.
Tuna mix: Spicy tuna, mayo, sriracha, jalapeno, Togarishi

Ahi Tuna Tartare
3 oz. of chilled/diced Ahi tuna tossed in soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, stacked as a tower with avocado tossed in lime juice, wasabi drizzle, and fried wontons in ginger ponzu sauce.
Garnished with sour cream, pickled ginger, toasted sesame seeds, scallions.
