A 4yo is admitted with orbital cellulitis of the left eye on vanc and rocephin. She had an MRI at admit that showed a small subperiosteal abscess. On her 3rd hospital day, she develops redness, swelling, and decreased vision in the right eye with numbness over the upper face. The best next step is:

D. Sinus venous thrombosis is a rare but known complication from orbital cellulitis and should be suspected with progression from unilateral to bilateral disease occurs, especially when there is a change in vision, diplopia, CN palsies, or headache.
