- Stitch bile duct, body & tail of pancreas and the stomach to the jejunum directly
In acute pancreatitis where the disease is being mediated by infected necrotic abscesses in the pancreas, what treatment is available?
A pancreatic necrosectomy
Done laparoscopically, removes infected necrotic tissue
