Subdural haemorrhage (fluctuating confusion/consciousness)

50M presents with abdo pain - episodic intense dull discomfort made worse by eating and lasting 6 hours. PMH Crohn’s disease which is in remission and has not required surgery. Mild discomfort in RUQ, apyrexial, bloods NAD. What is the diagnosis and management?
Biliary colic. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Coffee bean sign?
Sigmoid volvulus
What medication should be started for a patient with peripheral vascular disease?
Clopidogrel and atorvastatin
What percentage of patients with a positive faecal occult test have colorectal cancer?
