سَمِعْنَا

we heard

بِهَـٰذَا

of this

فِيٓ

among

Q
ءَابَآئِنَا
A
our forefathers

Q
ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
A
the former ones
18
Q
وَقَالَ
A
And Musa said

Q
رَبِّيٓ
A
My Lord
20
Q
أَعْلَمُ
A
knows best
21
Q
بِمَن
A
of who
22
Q
جَآءَ
A
has come
23
Q
بِٱلْهُدَىٰ
A
with guidance
24
Q
مِنْ
A
from
25
عِندِهِۦ
Him
26
وَمَن
and who
27
تَكُونُ
will be
28
لَهُۥ
for him
29
عَٰقِبَةُ
the end
30
ٱلدَّارِ
(of) the home (Hereafter)
31
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed He
32
لَا
does not
33
يُفْلِحُ
succeed
34
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
the wrongdoers
35
وَقَالَ
And Pharaoh said
36
فِرْعَوْنُ
Pharaoh
37
يَٰأَيُّهَا
O
38
ٱلْمَلَأُ
chiefs
39
مَا
not
40
عَلِمْتُ
I know
41
لَكُم
for you
42
مِّنْ
any
43
إِلَٰهٍ
god
44
غَيْرِى
besides me
45
فَأَوْقِدْ
So kindle
46
لِى
for me
47
يَٰهَٰمَٰنُ
O Haman
48
عَلَى
upon
49
ٱلطِّينِ
the clay
50
فَٱجْعَلْ
and make
51
لِّى
for me
52
صَرْحًا
a lofty tower
53
لَّعَلِّىٓ
so that I may
54
أَطَّلِعُ
look
55
إِلَىٰٓ
at
56
إِلَٰهِ
the god
57
مُوسَىٰ
of Musa
58
وَإِنِّى
And indeed I
59
لَأَظُنُّهُۥ
surely think him
60
مِّنَ
among
61
ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ
the liars
62
وَٱسْتَكْبَرَ
And he was arrogant
63
هُوَ
he
64
وَجُنُودُهُۥ
and his soldiers
65
فِي
in
66
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the land
67
بِغَيْرِ
without
68
ٱلْحَقِّ
the right
69
وَظَنُّوٓا
and they thought
70
أَنَّهُمْ
that they
71
إِلَيْنَا
to Us
72
لَا
will not
73
يُرْجَعُونَ
be returned
74
فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ
So We seized him
75
وَجُنُودَهُۥ
and his soldiers
76
فَنَبَذْنَٰهُمْ
and We threw them
77
ٱلْيَمِّ
the sea
78
فَٱنظُرْ
So see
79
كَيْفَ
how
80
كَانَ
was
81
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
of the wrongdoers
