INSERTION: Base of metacarpals 2 and 3

ORIGIN: Common Flexor Tendon, Medial epicondyle of the humerus
INSERTION: Palmar aponeurosis
INNERVATION: Median Nerve (C7-8)
FLEXOR CARPI ULNARIS
ORIGIN: Common Flexor Tendon, Medial epicondyle of the humerus, posterior surface of the ulna
INSERTION: Pisiform, Hook of the hamate, and the base of MC 5

INSERTION: Middle phalanx of fingers 2-5
