Parties: the offeror and offeree
Quantity: How many purses
Quality: How good the purse is

When will the contract be terminated?
A
• If subject matter has been DESTROYED
• The parties don’t agree upon the price/ aren’t into agreement
• If the offeror died
• Supervening illegality: Government makes the item illegal so contract is void
