What is TRO injunction
Court order requiring a person to stop doing what they’re doing or start doing something better. It’s to establish relief and prevent harm without requiring money. For emergency and short period
Ex) not wanting your wife to sleep you anymore
What’s the defense to TRO injunction?
Specific performance unique
Ex) judge can make the husband sign the divorce because land is unique
What is court of damages?
Awards monetary damages as a remedy for legal wrongs
Ex) someone hit you with a bat once so you want money from them due to them hurting you
