What is shipment contract?
A
Shipment contract: Title doesn’t transfer until it gets on a ship or a truck.
Ex) Shopping online for furniture. Furniture is transferred via truck. If the truck driver gets into an accident, you are liable for the furniture damages. The title transferred from the shipper to you when it got on the truck. The seller has responsibility until it is in the truck/ship.

What is destination contract?
A
You are not responsible until it reaches you. Insurance is on the seller.
