A city which provides employment, a high standard of living, a healthy environment and a fair governance for all
Why are sustainable cities needed
59% of the world live in urban areas and cities consume 3/4 of the worlds resources and generate majority of the worlds waste

Why is making all cities sustainable hard in LIC and HIC
LIC: too many economic and social problems To fix taht the government can’t, population is growing to quickly
HIC: people expect high quality and the government can’t afford to spend so much money, would have to be paid for in taxes
