Stewardship = to protect world for future generations. Duty to care for creation responsibly, as stewards not consumers
Catholics believe God gave humans responsibility in Genesis to be caretakers of planet -> Genesis 1 - God created humans last and gave us authority over plants and animals
Genesis 2 - God created Adam and Eve to look after Garden of Eden
