Q

Skip Pull

A

Is a pull used to get depth and keep shoulders square. The first step is the far foot working behind the near foot, similar to doing a carioca step. Stay square and trade paint with your downs/doubles. Stay tight working toward your called backer. Aim Point is the called backers inside half. If you are skip pulling left, you are contacting the defender with your left shoulder.

Stay tight to your downs and doubles. Aim point is the inside half of the defender. If you Trap Pull left, contact should be with the left shoulder.
