Cyclosporin
MOA: inhibits caclcineurin, prevents IL-2 release, inhibiting T cells.
Tacrolimus
MOA: binds FK binding protein, inhibits calcineurin and secreiton of IL-2. decreases T lymphocytes
sirolimus
MOA: inhibits mTOR (mammillian target of rapamyacin), inhibits T-proliferation to IL-2

CSS, Cyclosporin, sirolimus, Steroids (cortico)

MOA: precurosor of 6-mercaptopurine. interferes with NA metabolism. Toxic to lymphocytes
