Sever chest pain lasting more than 20 mins Dysponea fatigue Syncope Pale, clammy and sweating Brady or tackycardia

ECG
Full blood count

What Treatments are used in STEMI’s?
A
Asprin GTN Beta blockers ACE inhibitors Statins Smoking cessation
