mental health vs. mental illness
mental health refers to the state of one’s mental, emotional wellbeing. in contrast, mental illness refers to a group of serious, long-lasting diagnosed conditions, such as clinical depression, which make it hard to cope with everyday life.

what is body image?
self perception or what you believe about your own appearance
what is resilience?
the ability to bounce back from adversity; a necessary skill of coping with obstacles and key ingredient to success. learning to bounce back and then bounce forward.
what is the impact of unrealistic standard of body image on young people and what does it lead to?

when a stressor, a demand, change or pressure makes you feel tense, excited, unhappy or uncomfortable.
what is stress management?
Learning to cope with stress but doesn’t eliminate stress. Control levels of stress so it doesn’t turn to distress.
