Today, we will simplify complexity - I will be sharing the most important skills your managers need to know regarding this topic.
You will know what to focus on to increase their skills faster.
When you know what they learned, you can reinforce the vocabulary and hold them accountable.
You can ask questions like ‘have you tried using the SOON funnel?’
You will know the vocabulary.
Benefit: This will help you scale the skills. It will make your life easier.
The second lens is yourself
The second lens is yourself.
We’ll want you to really master the skills so you can role model them.
At a senior level, you have what is called resonance. Your behaviors are more contagious than other people.
So, today we will give you a chance to tighten up some of the core management skills. The focus is on having vocabulary.
Benefit: It will make your life easier - you can default into a tightened behavior habit.

The third lens is the org.
We can talk about patterns together here as a group.
You are busy, so this is dedicated time to talk about what good skills look like as an org.
