  • Misrepresentation or falsification of employee records
  • Release of confidential information
  • Incompetent, negligent or improper conduct
  • Insolence and/or insubordination
  • Breach of the rules of the city (by-laws, policies etc)
  • Abuse of authority
  • Inappropriate and unwanted physical contact
