delete it

If you need to send an email with confidential information what should you do?
- Mark the message as “confidential”, include that at the beginning of the subject line
OR - Send via inter office mail, marked confidential (do not send credit card numbers via inter office mail)

No, IT must be contacted prior to any software downloads/installs

City does have mechanisms in place that monitor and record ALL internet usage

Yes, provided you follow the Access to and Acceptable use of IT resources Policy (therefore can’t interfere with regular work etc)

Can - sale of personal items, referrals for trades, restaurants, recipes etc
CAN’T - promotion of personal business, including that of friends or relatives

How should you create your passwords?
- contain both upper and lower case
- at least 8 characters long
- have digits and non-alphanumeric characters
- not based on personal information
- not a derivative of user ID

Yes, however they should be used with extreme caution, should contact IT for removal and have password protection

Yes
