Swedens pro-natalist policy (YOUTH)
A
- parental leave of 480 days strongly encouraged to split leave encouraging gender equality. Can be taken any time up to the 8th birthday. Person taking leaves receives 75% of their usual salary
- £100 a month, even more is paid for each subsequent child.
- employers encouraged to provide flexible working hours
- employers provide creche services - so that child can be nearby
