paroxitine has the highest risk of weight gain, sexual dysfunction and pregnancy risk

Drug interactions
A
MAOIs (serotonin syndrome), SNRIs, NSAIDs (bleeding), Ondansatron (serotonin antagonist)

Warnings
A
suicidal thoughts/behavior in those with major psychiatric disorders

Counseling
A
Takes 4-6 weeks to see an effect, need to take 6-9 months after beginning relief of symptoms. Do not stop abruptly, stay hydrated (risk of suicide!!)
