What predisposes to it? (5)
A
HPV, immunosuppression, PUVA, Discoid Lupus, Arsenic

What does highly differentiated show?
A
Keratinisation

What does poorly differentiated show?
A
fleshy, granulomatous, no keratinisation

What are the symptoms? (4)
A
erythematous lesion, usually round, isolated on UV exposed sites, may have regional lymphadenopathy

What is the treatment?
A
Surgical excision, topical chemo

What is the prognosis?
A
90% remission rate
