Proliferation of keratinocytes and melanocytes

A
Yes, it has autosomal dominant inheritance

Yes, very common

Who do they affect?
A
More common in females but is hereditary

What is the presentation? (4)
A
Starts as a skin coloured/tanned macule, becomes more pigmented and obtains a plaque like appearance, surface appears warty

A
Solar lentigo, basal cell carcinoma, actinic keratosis

What is the treatment?
A
Cryotherapy
