Extend the arms downward and to the sides at a 45-degree angle below
the horizontal, palms to the front. Alternately, use the non-firing hand and point the index finger and pinky
finger to the ground.

Draw the right hand, palm down, across the neck in a throat-cutting motion
from left to right
