I am from here in Madison County.

What do you do?

I am a graduate student currently pursuing a degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management with a concentration on Emergency Management. Additionally I also work for the Madison County Emergency Management Agency as an Emergency Operations Center Technician where I perform both All-Hazard and CSEPP related job functions.

What are your short term goals?

My short term goals are to graduate from EKU with a Masters Degree and commission into the active component of the Army, preferably branching combat arms. Post commissioning my goals would be to successfully complete BOLC and any required follow-on schools before ideally becoming a platoon leader.

What are your long-term goals?

Answer 6

My long term goals split into two different directions dependent on gaining further experience as an officer. Either I will extend my commitment and continue to serve as an Officer or once my commitment is over I will seek to obtain a position with FEMA.
