Automatic Wet Pipe System Definition
Pipes filled with water at all times.
Automatic Dry Pipe System Definition
Filled with compressed air and once sprinkler is activated air is released which drops pressure and allows water to flow in.
Non- Automatic System Definition
These pipes are dry and is where the FD connects and pumps to to provide sprinklers water.
Deluge System Definition
These sprinklers may be open or close and are supplied with water by a heat actuated valve. (Blue line station platforms)
