Patellofemoral Syndrome
A condition in which the cartilage under the kneecap is damaged due to injury or overuse.
Lateral Ankle Sprain
Lateral ankle sprain refers to partial or complete tearing/disruption of the ankle ligaments on the outside of the ankle.
Shin Splints
Pain along the shinbone, the large front bone in the lower leg, caused by putting too much stress on it.
Achilles Tendon Rupture
A partial or complete disruption of the tendon just above the heel, resulting in inability to raise the foot.
ACL Tear
A torn anterior cruciate ligament in the knee; a tear or sprain in the ACL — one of the strong bands of tissue that help connect the thighbone to the shinbone at the knee
Tennis Elbow
An irritation of the tissue connecting the forearm muscle to the elbow.
Shoulder Dislocation
an injury in which the upper arm bone pops out of the cup-shaped socket that’s part of the shoulder blade.
Sciatica
Pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, which runs down one or both legs from the lower back.
