Reversibility - Reversibility is when your physical fitness decreases due to less exercises being done, and when your improvements you have made will be reversed. Prevent by consistent Training.

A

Tedium- tedium is when the exercise is repetitious and lacking in variety which can decrease motivation. To prevent this, have variety in exercises to keep you interested and give your body a different challenge and to have an individualised training program as everyone is different in needs..
