Define Balance
Is your ability to move and distribute your weight without falling and to have recovery if you trip
Define Flexibility
Is the most range of motion achievable without injury.
Define Agility
Agility is the ability to rapidly change body direction, accelerate, or decelerate
Define Power
Power, aka explosive strength, is the ability to use strength at speed.
Define Hand-Eye coordination
ability to do activities that require simultaneous use of both our hands and eyes, and how fast our brains can send signals to our hands and how fast we can react.
Define Muscular Strength
Muscular Strength is the ability to exert maximal force in one single contraction.
Define Muscular Endurance
Refers to how long muscle groups can do repeated actions before getting tired
Define Reaction Time
Reaction time is a measure of the speed when an organism responds to a stimulus, and how fast our brain can send signals to a muscle.
Cardiovascular/aerobic capacity
Aerobic capacity/cardiovascular endurance is how well your heart and lungs can supply oxygen to a muscle group when you exercise.
