Sp12- femoral artery ( deep medial insertion) femoral vein ( deep lateral insertion)
Sp13- peritoneal cavity thin patients
Sp14- peritoneal cavity thin patient
Sp15- peritoneal cavity/ deep needling can penetrate a substantially enlarged SP or LR
N:p 0.5-1cun
Sp16-peritoneal cavity/ enlarged SP
N:p 0.5-1 cun
Sp17- sp21- deep perpendicular / pneumothorax
N: transverse - oblique along the ICS 0.5-1cun
