Why should you needle GB39 at the end ?
What should you indicate your patient to do ?
It should be needled at the end of the treatment as the movement of the patients ankle could bend the needle.
Indicate patient not to move leg.

It will help you make a line between the lateral Malleolus and the head of fibula as the perennial muscle covers the fibula passed GB39
